just found an email to a friend filled

for a less expensive building,
more tied to the site,
with a strong connection to the outdoors.

Instead of wondering where to hide the thermostat
when I design your house, I can now wonder where best to display it.

rainwater harvesting and storage
something like 1% of the earth's water is potable.
If we can use some rainwater for irrigation
and maybe even get the greywater thing to take off more fully, it would help tremendously.
